One of many authors I really enjoy reading their books is Julie Lessman. Her books
are wonderful, full of love, humor, drama and written in a way where you feel like
you are right there. I just finished "Grace Like Rain" and of course, it was great. One of many things I love is the family closeness of the McClare's and the closeness between Grace and
her grandpa, a retired judge. It makes you want
to visit the family and move in.  If you have never read any of her books, be prepared to be hooked.

Blessings,
Karen

Here is a synopsis taken from Amazon:

He’s everybody’s lovable rogue.
She’s nobody’s fool who hopes to steer clear.
Until a thunderstorm sinks them both into a sea of love.

Blake “The Rake” McClare has a notorious reputation as a womanizer, which is why soft-spoken Patience Peabody carefully avoids the lovable rogue attorney at the law firm in which they both work. Until a rare thunderstorm brings them together in a love soaked with the grace of God ... and sparked with a little lightning of its own.
